Kernel Panic Issue on Witherspoon

Folks,

I'm seeing kernel panic on witherspoon when I do a build locally. I traced the signature to the issue shown below,

But I don't see any recommendation to get over it. Any help / pointer is deeply appreciated. The kernel panic that I see is as follows,
