Storage requirements for OpenBMC VirtualBox/Ubuntu build

I do not see anywhere in your documentation information on
how much storage should be allocated to the 
/Windows 7 64/VirtualBox/Ubuntu 16.04 .vdi.
Also, do you know if it is possible to increase the storage of the Ubuntu .vdi
or does the user have to start over again, creating the .vdi ?
