[linux dev-4.7 PATCH 0/4] Board file cleanup

This is the beginning of the end of the board file. Now that we have drivers
for most of the functionaltiy of the SoC, we need to start removing the hacks
we do in early init.

I have identified a few low risk changes to start off with. If these go well, I
will send a second series that perform a more complete cleanup.
