[PATCH skeleton 0/4] remove org.openbmc.Object.Enumerate interface

[OpenBMC Patches]

This patchset completes the deprecation of this interface in favor of the freedesktop ObjectManager interface.  This addresses https://github.com/openbmc/openbmc/issues/218
