AST2500 progress

There's been a fair amount of discussion on IRC about ast2500 progress.
Here's the recap for everyone else:


   - Joel Stanley's dev-4.7 <https://github.com/shenki/linux/tree/dev-4.7>
   tree builds and boots on ast2500 using the u-boot provided in the Aspeed SDK
   - Rick Altherr rebased the above dev-4.7 onto 4.6 and Joel pushed the
   result to openbmc/linux on the dev-4.6
   <https://github.com/openbmc/linux/tree/dev-4.6> branch
   - Cédric Le Goater rebased a minimal set of Aspeed's u-boot changes onto
   u-boot 2016.05 which seems to boot kernels.  The tree is available at
   https://github.com/legoater/u-boot/tree/v2016.05-ast2500.
   - Brad Bishop sent a pull request
   <https://github.com/openbmc/openbmc/pull/312> for a BSP and machine
   layer for ast2500. This gets most of the plumbing in but u-boot doesn't
   build and the kernel config may not be right.
   - Rick Altherr has picked up Brad's changes and is working on finishing
   out the recipes for Cedric's u-boot tree.  The goal is to build a full
   phosphor image that boots on a ast2500 evb.
