[PATCH openbmc] Recipe updates for Network, Skeleton, Event, IPMI

[OpenBMC Patches]

Add release version id to inventory and IPMI interface
Add REST interface to query the type of network interface
Add event REST association suppot
Fix inventory data for CPU1
