Subject: [NEMO-devel] draft GenCost 2025-26 costs in NEMO

I have added the draft 2025-26 GenCost figures to NEMO. Once again,
these are all prefixed with "Draft" so that there can be no
confusion. The costs are named:

   DraftGenCost2026-in2030-CP
   DraftGenCost2026-in2030-NZE2050
   DraftGenCost2026-in2030-NZE2050+
   DraftGenCost2026-in2040-CP
   DraftGenCost2026-in2040-NZE2050
   DraftGenCost2026-in2040-NZE2050+
   DraftGenCost2026-in2050-CP
   DraftGenCost2026-in2050-NZE2050
   DraftGenCost2026-in2050-NZE2050+

Another useful development is that I've written a script that outputs
the necessary Python code fragments after extracting the necessary
figures from the GenCost workbook. This is obviously about two orders
of magnitude faster and much less error prone!
