I don't see why it would reset at that point.... (after the symbios
driver message). Does it sit there for a while before the reset or not ?
Do you see any other message ? (The reset itself is spewing something on
the serial port at all ?)

One possible thing I spot in your log is:

wdrtas: couldn't get token for ibm,get-system-parameter. Trying to continue with a default timeout value of 300 seconds.

What happens if you disable CONFIG_WATCHDOG_RTAS ?
