[0/4] cell: FYI: the ugly patches

This is my collection of stuff that I currently apply
on top of 2.6.16-rc1 and the patches I have already
sent, but that even I am not mad enough to propose for
inclusion.

Still, we need them to have a runnable system, and for
everyone who is lucky enough to own a cell blade system
or similar, you should apply these to your own kernel
sources until we come up with a better solution.
