[RFC/PATCH 0/12] powerpc: Convert from #ifdef ISERIES to FW_FEATURE_ISERIES

This is a series of patches which take us one small step closer to the mythical
combined kernel (iSeries + pSeries etc.) I'm just posting these for people's
perusal at the moment.

Booted on iSeries & pSeries LPAR.

And with a Kconfig hack, I can at least build a combined kernel, but
obviously it doesn't boot.
