The following set of patches add support for updating device tree properties on the fly. pseries is adding some awfull^h^h^h^h^h^h helpful RTAS calls named "ibm,update-nodes" and "ibm,update-properties". We can call those from userland, but we need the interfaces to update the device trees. -- Dave Boutcher
