[PATCH] Merge configs

We currently don't have any configs for ARCH=powerpc, which means make 
defconfig doesn't work.

This is too big for the list (I think), so it's here:

I've turned of XMON because currently it doesn't build, and it strikes me as 
nasty to have a defconfig that doesn't build.
