[BUG] linux-2.6.12_rc4: Oops: Kernel access of bad area, sig: 11 [#1]

Hi,

I've just noticed, that I've changed my config slightly from rc3 to rc4.
Here is the according diff part of the configs.

I've compiled rc3 with CONFIG_I2C_CHARDEV=m and now I get the Oops with
this version, too.
