[PATCH] ppc64 memory_present calls

i386 recently added memory_present() calls into mainline in anticipation 
of CONFIG_NONLINEAR, I figured we should follow suit.  Currently the 
calls get #defined to nothing.

Patch diffed against 2.6.12-rc1
Dave, I'll send you a copy rediffed against 2.6.12-rc1-mhp3 later today.
