Why are you trying to use an old compiler?  Did you apply my patchset to
the 3.3 sources?  (It may be out of date as it is 2 years since I last
updated it.)

I recommend using a newer compiler for powerpc64.  If you must use 3.3
for some reason, then at least use 3.3-hammer.
