I suppose if there is sufficient pull I could push them at any time -- I
haven't gone down this path because I'm not sure how I feel including
simulator drivers in the mainline kernel tree.  If the linuxppc64 folks
think this is valuable, I'd be happy to clean-up the drivers a bit more
and submit a patch.
