There is also a site to get them without the registration
at http://cell.scei.co.jp/e_download.html .

Now that the official name for the architecture has become
CBEA (Cell Broadband Engine Architecture), I wonder if we
should rename the stuff in the kernel from BPA (which it
has been called so far) to either "CBEA" or simply "cell".
