[PATCH 0/10] Add flattened device tree for iSeries

Hi,

This series of patches adds a flattened device tree for iSeries, and makes
other changes which allow us to call the common initialisation code on iSeries.

Most of these are reasonably low risk, they're just moving logic from iSeries
specific routines into the device tree. Although I'm less confident about
"ppc64: Update create_pte_mapping to replace iSeries_bolt_kernel()", it'd be
good if someone with more MMU knowledge could look at that one.

This series depends on Benh's new device tree code, Stephen's FW_FEATURE
patches and David's head.S cleanups.

Booted on iSeries, P5 LPAR, P3 and G5.
