Attached the 2.6.3 kernel boot log on JS20 :
NVRAM failure, and the boot stops after 'ikconfig' output.

nvram_init: Failed nvram_scan_partitions
Total HugeTLB memory allocated, 0
RTAS daemon started
ikconfig 0.7 with /proc/config*

I have a problem with this fix. I don't have the body of
'irq_offset_up' function, you've used in your patch.
