Patch for Imac G5.

Hi,

I updated the patchset for Imac G5 in order to use linux-2.6.10_rc3. I
noticed that the machine even does not boot if I don't apply the PCI
initialisation workaround.
I did change some things in my code so that SMU & PMU can now be
compiled together.

I also did build a kernel, which is the one I currently used, as some
people requested for a precompiled kernel and/or valid configuration
file.
