dynamic addition of OF property to /proc/device-tree

In /proc/device-tree, i need to add a property (as opposed to a node)
dynamically.  Should I use the existing remove/add_node_dynamic
functions to remove and re-add the parent node of the new property, or
write up a new dynamic property add/remove?  This is for the creation of
the linux,pci-domain property for newly added PHBs.  Thoughts?
