cpumask move patch revised - RFC

I have sent off a lot of patches to Andrew Morton, including Nathan's
patches, which are queued up waiting for Linus to get back (he is away
at the moment).  You can get the roll-up of the patches I have sent

Most of those patches are also in Andrew's 2.6.8.1-mm3 patch.

I would need a patch that applies on top of the patches that are
already pending.
