[PATCH] [KDB] Use proper wrappers for udbg calls in KDB

Below patch uses the udbg_*() functions instead of calling ppc_md.udbg_*
in KDB. This way, if udbg hasn't been setup right the machine will
survive anyway.

Since KDB only lives in the Ameslab tree at the moment, and that tree
does not compile (hvconsole breakage), I'm not sure just what to do with
this patch. I'll follow up with another one that fixes some paca_struct
rewrite KDB breakage, but I have not been able to boot and test a kernel
with the changes.
