Yes, I can break out the compiler changes from the functional changes.
Really there are four small sets of changes.  I thought it'd be silly to
make them all their own patches, but here they are:

1.) Changes to fix the compiler warnings
2.) Changes to the formatting of the driver (including removing
brackets, adding & removing comments, moving or removing printks).
3.) Addition of the H_LongBusyOrder* changes to the arch code.
4.) Changes to hvc_read_task() to remove unneeded interrupt controls and
redundant code.  Scheduling the read_task delayed out of the int handler
rather than immediate.
