[PATCH] hvcs.diff fixes build warnings

Here is an hvcs patch against the latest Ameslab tree that fixes some
build warnings in hvcs that were noticed by Olaf Hering.

I'd like to check this into Ameslab soon so if I don't here a response
in two days I will check it in.  It has been thoroughly tested.  These
are minor changes.

This patch also adds a change to arch/ppc64/kernel/hvconsole.c to
support the conversion of H_LongBusyOrder* return codes into errno
-EBUSY for hvcs to respond properly to a pending vterm device release
hcall as required by the firmware specification.
