[PATCH] [2.4] Rename INTERNAL_ERROR used by RTAS

Attached patch renames the INTERNAL_ERROR used by RTAS so it no longer conflicts with what the SCSI
system uses.

Unless I hear otherwise I'll push this to ameslab sometime early next week.
