[PATCH] [2.4] Fix failing LTP testcase recvmsg01

Attached patch fixes the LTP testcase recvmsg01, we don't return the same error (EMSGSIZE) for the
translated 32-bit system call. 2.5 is not affected, translations are handled differently there.

I'll push this to ameslab tomorrow.
