The "full URL" in the bk commit messages is incorrect. From
http://source.scl.ameslab.gov:14690//linux-2.5/ChangeSet@-
1d?nav=index.html we can see that the changeset described has been
(re)numbered 1.1359.1.1, rather than 1.1360.
