There was some recent talk about clarifying how devices are mapped to
bus id numbers & etc. and I'm guessing that this is the result of that
discussion.  Naively, I'd say that pcilib needs to be modified to
understand the new format.   What I don't know is if this is really
the final form that this is supposed to take.

Excuse me if I'm stating the obvious.
