Cross compiling the kernel

I am using gcc 3.3.

Please accept my thanks for sending me this patch. Before I go further, please tell me the URL where you obtained it. Also, are there any other patches I must apply against <kernel-source>/include/asm-ppc64 (or any other files within the kernel source tree if I am using gcc 3.3)?
