1. I was on SV860_065 and updating to SV860_165 the machine reboots
after running the update_firmware command, it rebooted and went into the
SRC B1817212 mode and has been stuck in that ever since, I even
disconnected the power and the battery for 1 week, no result.
I had the same with another machine and there taking out the power for
15 minutes solved the problem, however not on my second machine.

2. I have a ticket open since 3th July, however IBM claims the machine
is not under warranty and refuses any help, even tough the invoice is
less then 3 years, they haven't even suggested any solutions or
possibilites, that is why I am reaching out here.
I found the USB update in the book myself and have been trying to get
this working, however no change.

3. I cannot get on the ASMI or even login via the serial console as the
service processor won't even boot that far, so at this moment the
machine just hast B1817121 with a 2 digit hex number that grows at each
boot attempt.
No ASMI, no IPMI, no DB9.
