XPS_LL_TEMAC works correctly?

I solved the problem,

As i said,
problem was : kernel could easily mount the root file system on NFS and begin init , but after that every thing stopped and there was no more progress.

My problem was with the kernel command line parameters :
console=ttyUL0 console=tty0 root=/dev/nfs.......

the second console parameter was the source of the problem, when init is executed, the second parameter caused no more messages to be written on the screen.

I tested using both LL_TEMAC 1.00a and 1.00b , both work well.
thanks.
