Hi,

Can I connect the c67x00 driver directly to the USB bus?

I have a device, a virtex4 fpga, with no PCI bus. I have a fpga bus to the cypress chip (c67300).
I have compiled the core USB code (but no uhci ohci).

It loads ok, detects and loads 2 host sies. I get interrupts for all that (and the 3 mailbox puts I do).
But I was just connecting to 'platfom_bus_type'. After all that I get no more interrupts.

The kernel drivers textbook doesn't quite match anymore, links to .hotplug in structs have moved.

Pointers to websites and papers appreciated.
I am using a custom kernel tree, 2.6.17.1, some of Grant Likely stuff is already in there (from the original developer on this project).

Thanks,
Joe Robertson
