Hello All,

Now I created a new patch file to support JFFS2 in 2.4.6 from 2.4.16.
After including the patch for JFFS2 , I restarted the kernel and
I am getting some error messages like below

Checking for USB stick... /etc/rc.d/rcS update.sh
mount: /dev/sda1: unknown device
mount: /dev/sda: unknown device
... done

Mounting local file-systems...

... done

Bummer, could not run '/usr/local/sci: Cannot allocate irq.
gs: gs_close: bad port count: -1
prg/start': No such file or directory
Trying to free free IRQ23
Trying to free free IRQ24
Trying to free free IRQ25

(none) login:

I would like to know what these errors mean. And I would like to know how
I can fix It.?

One more question from a beginner (me)…I would like to know how my new
kernel after patching supports JFFS2?

Looking for your help.
