CRAMFS: Error -3 while decompressing!

Did you read http://www.denx.de/wiki/view/DULG/RootFileSystemInAReadOnlyFile ???

No need to waste memory on a (big) ramdisk.

cramfs makes no sense on a ramdisk image. Use ext2.
