ELDK 4.0 Release?

The plan was to have it ready for final testing by end of October and
ready for release for the SPS/Drivers trade fair. But there are still
problems we want to fix before the final relase.

I guess we need two more weeks from now - assuming  no  new  problems
will be found. If you like you can try a beta version...
