[PATCH] MPC85xx CDS - Time Of Day, Cache settings, CPM IRQs

Some minor fixes for:

	MPC85xx CDS Time of Day Clock

		    /proc/cpuinfo shows cache settings

		    CPM IRQs are allocated more sanely.
