CPM2 reports CRC errors in FCC2 for good packets

Hi,
Finally I got the problem solved. It was a hardware issue,
due mainly to my unknowledge.

For future archives searches ... the RX_ER line is reported
by CPM2 as a CRC error. And floating RX_ER is detected
as active.
