PPC bn_div_words routine rewrite

First pass debugging results from gdb on ppc8xx.  Executing ssh-keygen
with following arguments.

(gdb) show args
Argument list to give program being debugged when it is started is
    "-t rsa1 -f /etc/ssh/ssh_host_key -N """.

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
