'TIMER_MAGIC' undeclared in 2.6.15-rc5 kernel

       One of my module can build with old 2.6.13 kernel(from AMCC's recent
3.0 resource CD), but it

Can't build with recent 2.6.15-rc5 kernel. The attached is my build Commands
and echo.

 

Hardware platform : Yosemite AMCC 440EP
