ELDK mirror(s)?

Hello all,

I am currently downloading ELDK 3.0 from ftp.leo.org.
Given the fact that I am doing this from halfway around
the planet, the data rate isn't half bad (a few dozen KB/s).
However it will be running for several more hours, assuming
there is no hiccup in the line.

Does anyone have a more local copy (I am in the western U.S.)?
