750FX dual PLL - any experience?

 I'm trying to use dual PLL of 750FX to change clock speed.
I could not up PLL1.
I changed HID1 as datasheet says. But PLL1 always generates nothing.
Does anybody succeeded the dual PLL of 750FX?
