linux mpc8260 mcc programming howto

Hi,
I have created a how to on mpc8260 mcc programming. I am attaching it
along with this mail. I hope this will be useful for any rookies who
wants to start programming MCC on linux. I intend to publish this as a
howto as soon as I can format it in SGML. :-)
