DDD issue

Hi.
I'm working on a 8240 platform with hardhat 2.4 LSP from monta vista.
when I'm trying to connect to my board with the DDD via the BDI2000
i am getting the following error:
"eth0: card reports no resources"
and from there i cannot debug through my application.
did any one encountered this problem, is it my DDD setup or my BDI (or maybe
its my LSP).
