Kernel panic using linux 2.4.2

Hello,

I'm having some problems running linux 2.4.2 on a BSE-IP Engine. I'm using Monta Vista CDK 1.2 for development.

The kernel panics and I don't know why, neither how to fix it. If someone knows/passed throw this before, please give me a light.
