Where in the kernel source system clock is defined?

Hi,

I'm still trying to configure HardHatLinux 1.2 for our custom board, and I
could get the kernel through compiled.
But it doesn't run and emulator said error like "Machine Check Exception"
which means system clock is set correctly.
I looked for system clock setting code in the source but I couldn't find
how and where to set the system clock for custom board.
