falc-lh + mpc823

Does anyone used FALC-LH chip (PEB2255 from Siemens) connected to
MPC823?

Do You have any idea how to make it run?

I found only some falc references in pc300 driver (linux-2.2.17),
but it uses PCI a lot (i don't have PCI of course).
