CPM ENET: BSY can't happen.

Hi

I am occasionally seeing this message "CPM ENET: BSY can't happen."  on the
console
of my custom MPC823 board.  It comes from arch/ppc/8xx_io/enet.c.

Has anyone else seen this ?
