As the patch indicates, we've only really built and tested this for
2.2.14 at this time. We will be porting the scheduler to 2.4 when we
add support for that release, but I can't tell you if or when it might
be ported to any of the 2.3 versions. The source code is provided, so
you can try to port it yourself if you wish.
