MPC823ADS newbie question

Hi all!

I've got Motorola evaluation board MPC8XX FADS and MPC823ADS processor
board (daughterboard). I'd like to make Linux running on it.
The questions are:

1. Is there any Linux port for this board?
2. Is there any precompiled kernel, ready to run?
3. What should I do to make Linux booting from flash? How much flash memory
is required?
4. I've downloaded mpc8xx-2.2.13.tgz file. It looks great - a lot of source
files but almost no documentation.
Where can I find any info how to start?

Any suggestions?
